Meet Maeve

Maeve is the brainchild of our chef/owner Mellissa Walls. Although she didn't invent this business, she knew that Maeve was going to have to stand next to some pretty cool trucks/bars to kill it in this industry. She had to be beautiful. She had to be unique. But as time went on and designs started to solidify, Mellissa realized that Maeve just simply needed to be herself. According to a very faint vin number, her bones were built in 1963. Her custom body was built by the amazing guys over at Maine Vintage Campers. Her Insides were built by the great Lincoln Lavoie, as well as many friends and helpful well-wishers. We could not have done without our village.
